Thousands of women were drawn to the promise of a chip-free manicure. However, upon closer inspection, it appears that this was simply an advertisement and not a crime. The ad’s focus on ‘thousands of women’ who have found success with Cutex polish seems more like a marketing ploy than a crime story. In the end, it seems that this was just a product advertisement with a tantalizing claim.
