Gulfport, MS – A Harrison County man is behind bars after a string of cocaine sales. Paul David Graves, Jr., 49, of Moss Point, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
According to authorities, Graves sold cocaine on three occasions in October 2018, totaling 87 grams, at a home in Gulfport, for $3,600.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) investigated the case. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Annette Williams.
U.S. Attorney Mike Hurst and Special Agent in Charge Kurt Thielhorn with the ATF announced Graves’ sentencing.
Graves was also ordered to pay a $3,000 fine and serve three years of supervised release with 6 months of home confinement.
Graves’ crimes are a stark reminder of the ongoing struggle with cocaine trafficking in the region.
