Portland, Maine – In a grim revelation, Paul Henry, a 25-year-old Brooklyn, New York resident, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison followed by 5 years of supervised release for his heinous crime of producing child pornography.
Court records revealed that on January 25 and 26, 2014, Henry filmed himself on his iPhone engaged in sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl. The chilling videos were then distributed to multiple individuals via a social networking application on his phone.
The disturbing case came to the attention of law enforcement agencies after a thorough investigation conducted by Homeland Security Investigations, the Portland Police Department, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
‘This sentence sends a clear message that producing child pornography will not be tolerated in our society,’ said United States Attorney Thomas E. Delahanty II in a statement.
The sentence was handed down by the United States District Court, and it marks a significant milestone in the fight against child exploitation.
