St. Louis, MO – In a shocking turn of events, local resident Quentarus Smith, 38, was handed a 7-year prison sentence for his involvement in a multi-kilogram cocaine trafficking operation.
According to court documents, Smith worked with a Los Angeles-based organization to smuggle cocaine and marijuana into St. Louis for distribution. His ill-gotten gains were substantial, with Smith apprehended by law enforcement while returning from Florida with over $900,000 in cash.
