Randal Dewayne Davis, Child Pornography, Oklahoma 2024

TULSA, Okla. – In a disturbing case of child exploitation, Randal Dewayne Davis, 48, of Salina, Oklahoma, has been sentenced to 121 months in prison for receiving, distributing, and possessing child pornography in Indian Country.

A U.S. District Court judge, Sara E. Hill, ordered Davis to serve the prison term, followed by lifetime supervised release. Upon his release, Davis will be required to register as a sex offender and pay $44,000 in restitution.

According to court documents, investigators received several tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) related to Davis sharing sexually explicit content of children being abused under the screen names ‘OkieMalePerv007’ and ‘randyman.’ A search warrant was served on his home, revealing that Davis possessed and distributed thousands of images and videos of minor victims being sexually abused and exploited.

Notably, Davis admitted that some of the sexually explicit content was of infants.

The case was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the Mayes County Sheriff’s Office, the Cherokee Nation Marshals Service, the Tulsa Police Department, and the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant U.S. Attorney George Jiang prosecuted the case.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood (PSC), a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice.

The defendant, Randal Dewayne Davis, will remain in custody pending transfer to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.
