Rasheed Stukes, Bank Robbery, Indiana 2016

Rasheed Stukes, a 27-year-old Fort Wayne man, has been sentenced to 140 months in prison for his role in a botched bank robbery that left one person injured and another forced to accompany the robbers against their will.

On April 11, 2016, Stukes and two co-defendants attempted to rob a bank in Fort Wayne, Indiana. During the course of the attempted robbery, a dangerous weapon was used, causing injury to another person. According to documents in the case, a person was also forced to accompany the robbers against their consent.

The case was investigated by the FBI and Indiana State Police. Assistant United States Attorney Lesley Miller Lowery prosecuted the case.
