A disturbing case of child abuse has come to light in Takini, South Dakota. Reginald Condon, a 62-year-old man, was sentenced to 36 months in custody for Abusive Sexual Contact with a Child.
The incident occurred on October 2013, when Condon intentionally engaged in offensive touching of the victim, an 8-year-old child.
Reginald Condon, a/k/a Reginald Between Lodges, a/k/a Reggie Kills A Hundred, was indicted by a federal grand jury on June 10, 2014, for Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child.
However, he pled guilty to Abusive Sexual Contact with a Child on November 18, 2014. This conviction arose from the aforementioned incident in Takini.
The case was investigated by the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Division. Assistant U.S. Attorney Mikal Hanson prosecuted the case.
Reginald Condon was immediately turned over to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service to begin serving his sentence.
As part of his sentence, Condon must also serve 5 years of supervised release and pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
