A retired Fresno County judge has been indicted by a federal grand jury on multiple counts of sexual assault.
According to the indictment, the defendant, whose name has not been released, is accused of committing the crimes between 2015 and 2020.
The indictment alleges that the defendant used his position of power to exploit and assault multiple victims, including minors.
The charges include aggravated sexual abuse, sexual abuse of a minor, and enticement of a minor.
The indictment was unsealed on April 12, 2024, and the defendant is expected to appear in court soon.
