Oklahoma Man Pleads Guilty to Felon in Possession of Ammunition

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – Riccole Ladale Dixson, a 38-year-old resident of Dewar, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to a serious crime.

According to court documents, Riccole Ladale Dixson entered a guilty plea to one count of Felon in Possession of Ammunition on Monday. The charge arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and U.S. Probation Officers.

The indictment charged Dixson with knowingly possessing 30 rounds of ammunition on August 22, 2025, after having been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.

Dixson will remain in the custody of the United States Marshals Service pending sentencing. A U.S. District Court Judge will determine the sentence to be imposed after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

The Honorable D. Edward Snow, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Jacob R. Parker represented the United States in this case.
