Methamphetamine Trafficker Sentenced in West Virginia.
A Taylor County man has been held accountable for his role in distributing a highly addictive and lethal substance.
RICHARD KEVIN ISNER, 59, of Flemington, West Virginia, was sentenced to 12 months and one day of incarceration for distributing more than 50 grams of methamphetamine.
The crime took place in Marion County in July 2020.
Isner pleaded guilty to one count of ‘Distribution of Fifty Grams or more of Methamphetamine’ in November 2021.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Brandon S. Flower prosecuted the case on behalf of the government.
The Greater Harrison Drug Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives investigated the matter.
Chief U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Kleeh presided over the case.
