MADISON, WIS. – A Madison, Wisconsin man is facing serious charges after a federal grand jury indicted him on gun and drug crimes. Robert L. Coney, 48, is accused of being a felon in possession of ammunition and possessing crack cocaine with intent to distribute.

The indictment alleges that Coney possessed the ammunition on May 3, 2020, and that he possessed crack cocaine on May 12, 2020. The charges were announced by Timothy M. O’Shea, Acting United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin.
