A disturbing case of child exploitation has made headlines in St. Francois County, Missouri. Rodney D. Price, a 42-year-old man from Park Hills, has been convicted by a federal jury of receiving and accessing child pornography.

The crime was uncovered by investigators in 2019, who discovered that child sexual abuse materials were available via a peer-to-peer file sharing application. A thorough investigation led to the identification of Price as the individual responsible for accessing and receiving the illicit content.
