Scott Alan Bahe, Felon in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition, Oklahoma 2024

Muskogee, OK – In a shocking turn of events, Scott Alan Bahe, a 42-year-old Muskogee resident, pleaded guilty to federal firearm charges. The charges, which carry a maximum sentence of 15 years imprisonment and a fine of up to $250,000.00, stem from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Muskogee Police Department.

According to court documents, Bahe knowingly possessed a 9mm Luger semi-automatic pistol and 10 rounds of 9mm Luger-caliber ammunition on December 23, 2023, after having been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment. The indictment also charged Bahe with knowingly possessing an additional 39 rounds of assorted 9mm Luger caliber ammunition that same day.
