Brandon Sartor, a 33-year-old Maryland man, has been accused of forcing two adult women into prostitution in Miami and other locations. The alleged sex trafficking occurred from December 2024 to April 2025, with Sartor transporting the victims across state lines for his financial gain. The indictment, returned by a federal grand jury in the Southern District of Florida, charges Sartor with sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, as well as related offenses.

The charges against Sartor include using a facility of interstate commerce to facilitate the promotion of a prostitution business enterprise and transporting individuals across state lines with the intent that they engage in prostitution or other criminal sexual activities. He is also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm. If convicted, Sartor faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years in prison and a maximum penalty of life in prison, along with mandatory restitution.

The investigation into Sartor’s alleged sex trafficking activities was conducted by the FBI Miami and the Anne Arundel County Sheriff’s Office in Maryland. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Dwayne Williams for the Southern District of Florida and Trial Attorney Elizabeth Hutson of the Criminal Division’s Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section.
