Indianapolis Police Sergeant Indicted for Using Excessive Force
In a shocking turn of events, Sgt. Eric Huxley, a 44-year-old Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department sergeant, has been indicted for violating the civil rights of an arrestee by using excessive force.
