A Tulsa woman has been charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon with Intent to do Bodily Harm in Indian Country.
According to a federal indictment, Sheamiah Krystin Atkins, 40, allegedly assaulted the victim with a firearm with intent to do bodily harm on Aug. 21, 2022.
The FBI and Tulsa Police Department are the investigative agencies. Assistant U.S. Attorney Victor A.S. Régal is prosecuting the case.
Atkins is charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon with Intent to do Bodily Harm in Indian Country (Count 1) and Carrying, Using, Brandishing, and Discharging a Firearm During and in Relation to a Crime of Violence (Count 2).
The indictment is part of the results of the September 2022 Federal Grand Jury B announced by United States Attorney Clint Johnson.
Sheamiah Krystin Atkins, 40, of Tulsa, is currently facing a federal indictment and is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
