Los Angeles, CA – In a chilling display of violence, a housing crisis turned deadly when a 65-year-old roomer allegedly set his landlady ablaze after being told to vacate the premises. The shocking incident unfolded on Sunday, when 35-year-old Mrs. Nellie Lilley informed Sidney Bell that he would have to leave the room he rented from her. According to police, Bell’s response was a menacing promise to ‘show her he’s a man.’
