Steven L. Brock, Production of Material Depicting Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Pennsylvania 2023

A Cresson, PA man has been sentenced to nearly 22 years in prison for his role in the production of material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor. On May 5, 2024, United States District Judge Kim R. Gibson imposed the sentence on Steven L. Brock, 33, of Cresson, Pennsylvania.

According to information presented to the court, on or about May 1, 2016, to on or about July 31, 2018, Brock produced images of a minor female engaged in sexually explicit conduct using materials that were shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce.

Assistant United States Attorney Arnold P. Bernard, Jr. prosecuted this case on behalf of the government. Acting United States Attorney Stephen R. Kaufman commended the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration, Customs & Enforcement, and the Pennsylvania State Police for the investigation that led to the successful prosecution of Brock.

Steven L. Brock was sentenced to a total of 262 months in prison and 20 years of supervised release on his conviction of production of material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in 2006 by the Department of Homeland Security to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.

Individuals having information about the production, distribution, or possession of child pornography, or who suspect child exploitation, are urged to report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678) or via their online reporting system at report.cybertip.org.
