Taylor Morrow, 34, of Fort Dodge, Iowa, has been convicted of conspiring to distribute massive amounts of methamphetamine in the Hawkeye State.
According to court records, Morrow and his cohorts distributed over 1.5 kilograms of the illicit substance in the Fort Dodge area between March and April 2024.
Morrow, a resident of Fort Dodge, Iowa, admitted to his role in the conspiracy during a guilty plea hearing held on January 24, 2025, in federal court in Sioux City.
As a result of his plea, Morrow now faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years behind bars and a maximum sentence of life imprisonment. He also faces a $10,000,000 fine and at least five years of supervised release following any imprisonment.
Morrow is currently being held in the custody of the United States Marshal pending sentencing. The court will schedule a sentencing hearing once a presentence report has been prepared.
The case against Morrow is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Patrick T. Greenwood. The investigation was a collaborative effort between the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, the Fort Dodge Police Department, the Webster County Sheriff’s Office, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Iowa DCI Laboratory.
