Oklahoma Man Charged with Threatening Federal Agents

Taylor Ryan Prigmore, a 30-year-old resident of McLoud, Oklahoma, has been charged with threatening to kill federal agents and others in a shocking case of cyber intimidation.

According to court records, Prigmore allegedly made several threatening statements on YouTube between May 9, 2025, and January 17, 2026, targeting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and others.

The FBI received information from Google about Prigmore’s threatening comments and launched an investigation. On January 19, Prigmore was charged with communicating a threat through interstate commerce and arrested by the FBI. He appeared before a U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Oklahoma and was ordered detained pending trial.

Prigmore faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine if found guilty as charged. U.S. Attorney Robert J. Troester for the Western District of Oklahoma joined in making today’s announcement.

The FBI Oklahoma City Field Office’s Joint Terrorism Task Force investigated the case, with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Arvo Mikkanen and Matt Dillon for the Western District of Oklahoma are prosecuting the case.

Attorney General Pamela Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel condemned the threatening statements, stating that hiding behind a screen will not protect individuals from severe legal consequences. The FBI and its partners will continue to identify and prosecute violent threats against law enforcement officers.

A complaint merely contains allegations, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
