Levi Edward Hamilton, Child Exploitation, Tennessee 2024

Jackson, TN – Levi Edward Hamilton, a 22-year-old man from Mansfield, Tennessee, has been hit with federal charges for child exploitation offenses, Grimy Times can exclusively report. The charges come after a federal grand jury in Jackson indicted Hamilton for soliciting explicit images and videos from minors across state lines.

Hamilton is accused of five counts each of production of child pornography, coercion and enticement of a minor, and receipt of child pornography. He also faces three counts of transferring obscene matter to a minor and one count of possessing child pornography. If convicted on all counts, Hamilton could be sentenced to life in prison.

The case is being handled by the United States Attorney’s Office and is pending before Judge S. Thomas Anderson in Jackson. Assistant United States Attorney Josh Morrow is prosecuting the case against Hamilton.

Investigation into Hamilton’s alleged crimes was a joint effort between the FBI Memphis Child Exploitation Task Force and the Henry County Sheriff’s Office. Any additional information regarding this case should be directed to Special Agent Eric McCraw of the FBI or Lieutenant David Andrews of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.

The charges against Hamilton are merely allegations, and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in accordance with due process of law.
