Troy Mitchell McGowan’s Despicable Crime Exposed

A Deltona man, identified as Troy Mitchell McGowan (25), has been charged with a heinous crime that shocks the conscience of society. According to court documents, McGowan used a particular chat application to download and distribute images and videos depicting children being sexually abused.

The investigation, led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), revealed that McGowan not only downloaded these disturbing materials but also distributed them over the internet to an undercover agent.
