A 26-year-old Mexican national has been accused of sexually exploiting a 12-year-old girl in a disturbing case out of Cincinnati, Ohio. Victor Juarez allegedly created videos of his sexual abuse of the minor victim on at least 13 instances in October and November 2024.
According to federal authorities, Juarez is charged with 13 counts of sexual exploitation of children, a federal crime punishable by at least 15 years and up to 30 years in prison.
The case began to unravel in February 2025, when Juarez was already facing local charges of rape in Hamilton County. Those charges will now be superseded by the federal indictment.
Sexually exploiting children is a serious offense that carries severe penalties. The FBI’s Cincinnati Division and local police departments in Cincinnati, Sharonville, and Springdale are working together to investigate the case.
Assistant United States Attorney Kyle J. Healey is representing the United States in this case. An indictment merely contains allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
