BLUEFIELD, W.Va. – A Texas man has been sentenced for his role in damaging a federal building in West Virginia. Will Adrian Samuels, 48, of Jefferson, Texas, was sentenced to time served and ordered to pay $1,990.84 in restitution for destruction of government property.

According to court documents and statements made in court, on November 19, 2023, Samuels repeatedly threw objects at two glass exterior doors located at the front of the Elizabeth Kee Federal Building in Bluefield, West Virginia, causing more than $1,000 in damage.
