GRIMY TIMES EXCLUSIVE: RONALD BLAISE JENKINS, 25, of Arapahoe, Wyoming, is facing serious charges after being accused of assault with a firearm resulting in serious bodily injury. According to sources, Jenkins allegedly discharged a firearm during and in relation to a federal crime of violence, resulting in serious bodily injury to the victim.
