Hank Thomas Fisher, Child Pornography, Pennsylvania 2024

ERIE, Pa. – 22-year-old Jamestown resident Hank Thomas Fisher has been sentenced to 84 months in prison for his role in a child pornography ring.

Fisher was found guilty of violating federal laws relating to the sexual exploitation of children, a charge that carries a sentence of 84 months in prison, to be followed by 15 years of supervised release, and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $7,000.

According to information presented to the court, Fisher distributed images and videos depicting prepubescent minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct from March 2020 to August 2021. He also possessed thousands of images and videos of child sexual abuse material.

United States District Judge Susan Paradise Baxter imposed the sentence on Fisher, noting the lifelong impact that these crimes will have on the young victims depicted in the child sexual abuse material.

Assistant United States Attorney Christian A. Trabold prosecuted this case on behalf of the government, working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Pennsylvania State Police to gather evidence and build a strong case against Fisher.

United States Attorney Eric G. Olshan commended the efforts of the investigators, stating that the successful prosecution of Fisher is a testament to the commitment of law enforcement to protecting children from exploitation and abuse.

Fisher’s case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
