Devin Juneau, Sexual Exploitation of a Child and Coercion and Enticement of a Minor, Louisiana 2026

SLIDELL, LOUISIANA – Devin Juneau, a 40-year-old man from St. Tammany Parish, has been charged with a heinous crime that has shaken the community.

According to the indictment, Devin Juneau is accused of sexual exploitation of a child, a charge that carries a mandatory minimum term of 15 years up to 30 years imprisonment, a fine of up to $250,000, up to a lifetime of supervised release, and a mandatory special assessment fee of $100.

The indictment also alleges that Devin Juneau coerced and enticed a minor, a charge that comes with a mandatory minimum term of 10 years up to life imprisonment, a fine of $250,000, up to a lifetime of supervised release, and a mandatory special assessment fee of $100.

U.S. Attorney David I. Courcelle reiterated that the indictment is merely a charge and that the guilt of the defendant must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

This case is part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice.

The case was investigated by the United States Department of Homeland Security – Homeland Security Investigations, the United States Customs and Border Protection, and the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office. It is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Troy L. Bell of the Violent Crimes Unit.

Devin Juneau will be required to participate in the Sex Offender Registry and Notification Act (SORNA) if convicted of either count.

A grand jury returned a two-count indictment against Devin Juneau on April 24, 2026.
