A Florida predator is behind bars after allegedly producing and distributing child pornography in Alabama. Kyle David Dudick, 36, of Royal Palm Beach, is charged with four counts of child exploitation. The incidents reportedly occurred in August 2025 in Jefferson County.
Dudick was arrested on April 16, 2026, in South Carolina. The FBI investigated the case, which was brought as part of the Department of Justice’s Project Safe Childhood initiative.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Daniel S. McBrayer is prosecuting the case. An indictment contains only charges, and Dudick is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
