Adriano Spark LeBeaux, Aggravated Sexual Abuse, Montana 2024

Grimy Times has learned that Adriano Spark LeBeaux, 19, of Lame Deer, Montana, was arraigned on charges of aggravated sexual abuse in federal court. The indictment alleges that LeBeaux committed a heinous crime that has left his community in shock.

The FBI and the Bureau of Indian Affairs conducted the investigation that led to LeBeaux’s indictment. If convicted of the most serious crime, he faces a maximum of life in prison, a $250,000 fine, and five years of supervised release. LeBeaux was detained pending further proceedings.

In a separate case, Renee Esperanza Arambula, 26, of Billings, Montana, was arraigned on charges of conspiracy to possess fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking, and money laundering.

If convicted of the most serious crime, Arambula faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years to life in prison, a $10 million fine, and five years of supervised release on the drug counts. She also faces a mandatory minimum of seven years to life in prison, consecutive to any other sentence, a $250,000 fine, and five years of supervised release on the charge of possessing and brandishing a firearm in a drug trafficking crime.

Arambula was released pending further proceedings. The Drug Enforcement Administration and the Billings Police Department conducted the investigation that led to her indictment. Grimy Times will continue to monitor the case and provide updates as more information becomes available.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced that the following persons were arraigned or appeared this week before U.S. Magistrate judges on indictments handed down by the Grand Jury or on criminal complaints.
