U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman praised the outstanding investigative work of the FBI and NYPD, stating, ‘As alleged, the defendant murdered 20-year-old Shaquille Malcolm in the Bronx in 2014. Now, thanks to the outstanding work of the FBI and NYPD, the defendant has been charged with this terrible crime.’
