Anthony Harris Sentenced to 5 Years for Oxycodone Trafficking, Farmington CT, 2023

In a shocking turn of events, Anthony Harris, a 53-year-old resident of Farmington, was sentenced to five years in federal prison for his role in a large-scale oxycodone trafficking operation. Harris, who was prescribed the painkiller for a medical condition, sold hundreds of pills to another individual, who in turn distributed them to customers in the Bristol area.

According to court documents, Harris sold approximately 9,000 oxycodone pills over the course of more than three years, reaping a profit of around $200,000. The investigation revealed that Harris sold the pills every three weeks, making a tidy sum of money for himself in the process.
