BECKLEY, W.Va. – Davon Jamir Linder, 24, of Beckley, faced the harsh reality of his actions today as he pleaded guilty to distribution of methamphetamine.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on February 27, 2023, Linder sold a controlled substance containing methamphetamine to a confidential informant in Beckley. Linder admitted to the transaction, showing a blatant disregard for the welfare of his community.
The distribution of methamphetamine is a serious federal offense, and Linder’s actions have caused irreparable harm to those affected by the substance. His guilty plea is a step in the right direction towards justice being served.
