Rosenbeck’s troubles began on July 17, 2023, when a traffic stop was conducted on her vehicle in Bristol, Virginia. A K9 officer alerted to the presence of narcotics, and officers seized two sets of digital scales, multiple plastic baggies, and a handgun magazine from Rosenbeck’s vehicle.
