Joshua Mark Davis, a 37-year-old man from Meridian, made a chilling bomb threat at the Silver Star Hotel & Casino on the Choctaw Indian Reservation in Mississippi. The threat was made in May 2022, and Davis used a phone inside the casino to make the call. The motive behind the threat is not clear, but the consequences are: Davis was sentenced to 36 months in federal prison for his crime.
