Billings MT resident Brady Allen Batista, 37, is behind bars after a federal court conviction for Fentanyl Trafficking.
According to court records, Batista was charged with Fentanyl Trafficking in the United States District Court, D. Montana under docket number 9:25-cr-00032.
The case drew the attention of prosecutors, who filed the charges on February 11, 2025, alleging that Batista was involved in a large-scale Fentanyl Trafficking operation in and around Billings, MT.
Batista’s attorneys, Ryan G. Weldon AUSA, Nick K. Brooke, and Timothy J. Racicot, did not return our calls for comment.
The outcome of the case saw Brady Allen Batista plead not guilty and ultimately found guilty as charged.
The defendant is currently serving a sentence for Fentanyl Trafficking in a federal correctional facility. The exact terms of the sentence were not immediately available.
