BILLINGS, MONTANA – A devastating blow has been dealt to the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation as a notorious methamphetamine trafficker is behind bars. Joe Vega, 49, of Ashland, Montana, was sentenced to 151 months in prison to be followed by 4 years of supervised release for trafficking methamphetamine on the reservation.
