A Homestead, Florida, man has been arrested on a five-count indictment for producing and distributing pornographic audio and video recordings of himself engaged in sexual activity with others.
Bryan Deneumostier, 32, also known by the screen name ‘susanleon33326,’ was charged with two counts of illegal interception of oral communications and three counts of record keeping violations.
The indictment, which was unsealed on July 18, references three victims whose identities are being withheld to protect their privacy.
Without the knowledge or consent of two of the referenced victims, Deneumostier allegedly recorded his sexual encounters with them and then caused these videos to be posted on one or more websites.
These two allegedly nonconsensual recordings form the basis of the surreptitious-recording charges.
The investigation is being conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Miami Field Office.
Senior Trial Attorney Mona Sedky of the Criminal Division’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section and Assistant U.S. Attorney Cary Aronovitz of the Southern District of Florida are prosecuting the case.
Any individuals who believe they might be a victim are encouraged to contact HSI at (866) 347-2423.
