Grimy Times has learned that a Homestead, Florida man has been convicted of creating and distributing explicit content without the consent of his victims.
Bryan Deneumostier, 32, was charged with two counts of illegal interception of oral communications. He was arrested in July 2018 and has been held in custody since then.
According to court documents, Deneumostier operated a subscription-based pornography website featuring approximately 619 "hook up" videos depicting sexual activity between himself and other men. The defendant surreptitiously recorded himself engaging in sexual activity with approximately 150 men, with about 80 of those not knowing they were being recorded.
The investigation was conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Miami Field Office. Assistant U.S. Attorney Cary Aronovitz of the Southern District of Florida and Senior Trial Attorney Mona Sedky of the Criminal Division’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section are prosecuting the case.
Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga has scheduled the sentencing hearing for November 29, 2018.
