PHILADELPHIA, PA – Mark Wills, 61, of Hulmeville, Pennsylvania, is facing a lifetime behind bars after being indicted on a slew of horrific charges including child sexual exploitation, cyberstalking, and making interstate threats. Wills, who also went by the online aliases “Lorenzo Guerra,” “Alex Harrison,” “kevthompson2009,” “18kevinmcbride,” and “leonardobrickma,” was initially taken into federal custody August 12th following his arrest on a criminal complaint.
According to the indictment, Wills allegedly used the internet between June 2024 and January 2025 to coerce three minors – identified as Minor #1, Minor #2, and Minor #3, all under 18 – into sending him sexually explicit images. The charges detail three counts of using interstate commerce facilities to entice these children to engage in such conduct, and three counts of manufacturing and attempting to manufacture child pornography. The depravity doesn’t end there; Wills is also accused of distributing, attempting to distribute, and willfully causing the distribution of child pornography.
The indictment lays out disturbing details, alleging that Wills possessed visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit acts, with at least one victim being prepubescent and under the age of 12. Beyond the creation and distribution of this material, Wills allegedly engaged in a pattern of cyberstalking against Minor #1 and Minor #3, sending electronic communications designed to injure, harass, and intimidate them, causing substantial emotional distress. This wasn’t just harassment; it was a calculated effort to control and exploit these vulnerable victims.
Federal prosecutors allege Wills didn’t stop at emotional manipulation. The indictment further claims he transmitted a direct threat to harm Minor #1 and her family if she refused to continue producing and sending him sexually explicit material. This blatant attempt at coercion underscores the predatory nature of his actions and the severity of the charges he faces. The United States Attorney David Metcalf has made it clear that this type of behavior will not be tolerated.
This case is being pursued under Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide Department of Justice initiative launched in 2006 dedicated to combating the epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse. The project brings together federal, state, and local resources to identify, apprehend, and prosecute predators like Wills, and to rescue the victims of these heinous crimes. Information about Project Safe Childhood can be found at projectsafechildhood.gov.
If convicted on all counts, Wills faces a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment. The investigation was a joint effort by the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and the FBI, with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations. Assistant United States Attorney Nelson S.T. Thayer, Jr. is prosecuting the case. It is crucial to remember that these are merely allegations at this stage, and Wills is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
