Salvador Guiterrez, 41, pleaded guilty on July 31, 2014, to conspiring to distribute at least 812 grams of meth in the Carroll and Denison area. The court record reveals that the conspiracy operated from 2013 until March 20, 2014. Guiterrez’s sentence was handed down by United States District Court Judge Mark W. Bennett, who sentenced him to 120 months’ imprisonment and imposed a $200 special assessment. Additionally, he faces a five-year term of supervised release following his prison term.
