Anna, IL Man Sentenced to 70 Months for Methamphetamine Conspiracy

Charles J. Brimm, a 25-year-old resident of Anna, Illinois, has been sentenced to 70 months in prison for his role in a methamphetamine conspiracy case. Brimm, who had previously pled guilty to the methamphetamine charge, was sentenced on February 22, 2013, in United States District Court in Benton.

The methamphetamine conspiracy charge against Brimm stemmed from an investigation by the Union County Sheriff’s Office, Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, Murphysboro Police Department, and Drug Enforcement Administration, along with the Union County State’s Attorney’s Office.
