MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – In a stunning turn of events, Jason Duane Henrichs, 47, from Checotah, Oklahoma, has entered a guilty plea to distributing methamphetamine, a crime that carries a potential sentence ranging from five to forty years in federal prison and a $5 million fine.

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma revealed that Henrichs was caught on November 22, 2022, distributing 5 grams or more of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance. The investigation leading to this charge was a collaborative effort between the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.

Henrichs’s plea was accepted by Honorable Jason A. Robertson, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
