A Chicago man’s online threats left two women in Tulsa shaken. John Gregory Garza, 25, sent racial and violent messages to the victims using over 18 fake Facebook accounts.
According to court documents, Garza’s hate-filled rants included comments about interracial relationships and acts of sexual violence.
The investigation found Garza messaged others about his radical views and desire to commit mass violence.
Garza’s online antics caught the attention of Facebook and law enforcement, who launched an investigation.
U.S. District Judge John D. Russell sentenced Garza to 46 months in prison and three years of supervised release.
