Paige Kincheloe, a 27-year-old woman from Glen Park, New York, has pleaded guilty to accessing child pornography. Between May and August 2024, Kincheloe engaged in social media chats on Telegram with a man in Colorado, who sent her several child pornography files. These files included disturbing content depicting very young children engaged in sex acts with adults. Kincheloe not only viewed these files but also sent messages back, indicating her approval of the material and requesting more.
Kincheloe’s guilty plea was announced by First Assistant United States Attorney John A. Sarcone III and Craig L. Tremaroli, Special Agent in Charge of the Albany Field Office for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). According to Sarcone, Kincheloe’s conduct is ‘deeply disturbing’ and demonstrates a clear normalization of the sexual abuse of children, which she apparently found gratifying.
The FBI’s Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation Task Force played a crucial role in investigating Kincheloe’s actions. Tremaroli emphasized that the task force remains committed to aggressively investigating and bringing to justice those who prey on vulnerable children. Kincheloe’s actions, which included requesting more videos, have been deemed ‘deeply depraved’ and ‘incredibly damaging’ to the victims.
Kincheloe is scheduled to be sentenced on September 1, 2026, before United States District Judge Anthony J. Brindisi. She faces a maximum imprisonment term of 20 years, a post-release term of supervision of at least 5 years and up to life, a $250,000 fine, and various special assessments, as well as restitution to victims.
