A 29-year-old Bucks County man, Charles Dingman, has been indicted for allegedly using the internet to sexually exploit a minor in Yardley, Pennsylvania, from June 2025 to October 2025. According to the indictment, Dingman persuaded the child to engage in sexually explicit conduct to produce a visual depiction of that conduct. The case was investigated by Bucks County Detectives and the FBI.
The indictment also alleges that Dingman possessed child pornography on or about January 29, 2026. If convicted, he faces a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment with a mandatory minimum term of 15 years in prison.
This case is part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse. The project was launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice and is led by United States Attorneys’ Offices and the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section.
The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Branwen McNabb O’Donnell. The charges and allegations contained in the indictment are merely accusations, and every defendant is presumed to be innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
