SCRANTON, PA – David Leonardo Moreno Bernal, a 42-year-old man from Colombia, is facing serious consequences after being charged with illegal reentry into the United States.
According to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Moreno Bernal was previously removed from the country on August 27, 2012. However, he was allegedly found in Centre County, Pennsylvania, on April 25, 2024, without having obtained legal permission to reenter the country.
