Saratoga County Man Sentenced to 210 Months for Possessing Child Pornography

ALBANY, NEW YORK – Daniel Porrazzo, a/k/a ‘lickndipinu,’ age 52, of Stillwater, New York, has been sentenced to 210 months in prison for possessing child pornography.

On June 2, 2016, Porrazzo possessed approximately 2,682 images and 43 videos of child pornography on two laptop computers, and the child pornography he possessed included depictions of children under age 12 being sexually abused. The announcement was made by United States Attorney Carla B. Freedman and Matthew Scarpino, Acting Special Agent in Charge of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Buffalo Field Office.

Senior United States District Judge Thomas J. McAvoy also imposed a 15-year term of supervised release, which will begin after Porrazzo is released from prison. Porrazzo will also be required to register as a sex offender.

The case was investigated by HSI and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Joshua R. Rosenthal as part of Project Safe Childhood.

Porrazzo was sentenced to 210 months, or approximately 17.5 years, in prison for possessing child pornography. The sentence also includes a 15-year term of supervised release and registration as a sex offender.
