WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA – Darrick Dorell Fleming, II, a 38-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, has been sentenced to 57 months of incarceration for a drug charge, announced United States Attorney William Ihlenfeld.
Fleming pleaded guilty in March 2022 to one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine. Fleming admitted to having methamphetamine in October 2021 in Ohio County.
