Deaundray Chrisshawn Williams, a 35-year-old Okmulgee resident, has pleaded guilty to one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm, a charge that carries a maximum sentence of up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000.00 fine.
The guilty plea was announced by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, and it stems from an incident that occurred on December 15, 2024, in which Williams was found to be in possession of a revolver despite having a prior conviction for a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.
The investigation that led to Williams’ guilty plea was conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, and the Okmulgee Police Department. The Honorable Jason A.
