On April 30, 2026, Gomez-Palma was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Possess Gun Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, while Lopez-Ramirez was remanded to ICE custody on April 27, 2026, after serving a sentence for DUI 3rd, a felony.
